In 2013 Paramount BJJ student Mike Thomas was ranked #1 at blue belt by the IBJJF. He’s won the Boston Open, New York Open, Rome Open, San Francisco Open, and European Championships. He’s medaled at the Nationals, Miami Open and Long Beach Open and has beaten two World medalists. Without a doubt, Mike Thomas earned the purple belt.
Congratulations to Mike, who in addition to being a spectacular competitor has also become an invaluable member of the Paramount BJJ staff as a fantastic instructor for both the kids and adults.
